EV Week 2022

EVs Kick Gas!

For EV Week 2022, we were back where it all started over 10 years ago — at the Embarcadero Plaza in San Francisco! The theme was EVs Kick Gas, reflecting the public’s increased interest in electric vehicles after a summer of higher gas prices and overall inflation.

Held over the busy Fleet Week(end) in October, we hosted thousands of people at our vehicle and charging showcase, conducted hundreds of test-drives and in-car experiences in the latest EVs, demonstrated micro-mobility solutions with electric scooter and eBike rides, and educated people on incentive programs and how to find an EV that is right for them. And of course we provided FREE food from the Momolicious food truck!

VIP Reception and Panel Discussion

EV Week 2022 kicked off with a fantastic live event co-hosted by E2 at the Commonwealth Club with 50 attendees — a reception and panel discussion with Senator Josh Becker and experts from Cruise, Orange Charging, PG&E, Kia, Toyota and moderated by Veloz’s Munni Krishna on the policies, technologies and leadership to get us to 100% vehicle electrification — on a perfect evening with views of the bay.
